§ 10.34.050. Designation of preferential resident parking permit areas.

The mayor or his designee may designate areas of preferential resident parking for areas within a quarter mile of American Fork High School after considering input from the city engineer and city police of chief and finding that said designation and accompanying restrictions meets the intent of this chapter.
