§ 13.04.010. Application requirements for city utility service—Form.

A.

Any property owner desiring and/or requiring a supply of culinary water, sewer, storm drain collection, and/or garbage collection services from the city, where such services are available, shall apply therefor to the city, make the necessary deposit, and file an agreement with the city, before the services will be provided. Any deposit required will be in addition to hookup fees for newly established water and/or sewer services.

B.

Such agreement and application shall comply with the form as established by American Fork City, and be in compliance with Utah State Code, to be reviewed and updated periodically to adhere to any municipal, county, or State of Utah requirements.
