§ 13.29.010. Impact fee assessed/imposed by TSSD.

The Timpanogos Special Service District (TSSD) may, from time to time, assess/impose impact fees pursuant to the provisions of Title 11, Chapter 36, of the Utah Code Annotated (1953, as amended), for sewer delivery/treatment capital facilities constructed to meet the needs of future growth in the district (of which American Fork City is a member jurisdiction).
