§ 13.90.010. Purpose.

The purpose of this section is to provide advisory guidelines for the city to assist the city in identifying actions that may involve the unconstitutional taking or damaging of private real property without the payment of just compensation as required by the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Utah.
