§ 15.01.1110. Inspection and testing.

The city engineer or his representative shall have free entry to the construction site, or plant and equipment furnishing concrete under the contract. Proper facilities shall be provided for the engineer to inspect materials, equipment and processes and to obtain samples of the concrete. All tests and inspections will be conducted so as not to interfere unnecessarily with production and delivery of the concrete.
