§ 15.01.250. Occupancy permits.

Occupancy permits shall be obtained from the building official as outlined in the construction permit.

Sites requesting temporary occupancy permit in excess of a single two-week period shall provide the city a performance guarantee per the provisions of the Development Code in the estimated amount of the work to be completed as approved by city chief building official or city engineer as appropriate for the items.
