§ 15.04.015. Fee schedule adopted.

Notwithstanding the adoption of the International Building Code ("IBC") (2000 Edition), with the 2001 Chapter 11 Supplement thereto, as amended and as provided in Section 15.040.010 hereof, the fee schedule set forth in Table 1-A of the Uniform Building Code ("UBC") (1997 Edition) [published by the International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO)]—including any state and local amendments thereto, as promulgated and adopted by the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing of the State of Utah—is hereby adopted and incorporated herein as the building permit and/or building code fee schedule of the city of American Fork.
