Appendix K of the International Building Code (2000 Edition) [currently published by the International Code Council (ICC), and entitled "Grading"]—including any state and local amendments thereto, as promulgated and adopted by the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing of the State of Utah—is hereby adopted by reference, subject to the modifications and changes thereto as set forth under Section 15.06.030.
