§ 15.06.040. Enforcement—Penalty.

Hereafter, the provisions of said Appendix K, as modified by Section 15.06.030, shall be construed to be a part of the building code of the city of American Fork, Utah, to the same effect as if originally a part thereof, and all provisions of said building code shall be applicable thereto, including but not limited to the enforcement, violation and penalty provisions thereof.
