§ 15.14.012. International Mechanical Code adopted.
Latest version.
The 2015 edition of the International Mechanical Code, as published by the International
Code Council, regulating and governing the design, construction, quality of materials,
erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition
to, use or maintenance of mechanical systems; providing for the issuance of permits
and collection of fees, therefore; and each and all of the regulations provisions,
penalties and conditions and terms of said mechanical code, is hereby referred to
and adopted as the mechanical code for American Fork City. Except as otherwise provided
in the Code of the City of American Fork, Utah, the appendices to the International
Mechanical Code are not adopted as part of said code.
