§ 17.10.101. Legislative intent.

It is the intent of this chapter to:
1.

Provide for the logical extension of essential water and sewer system improvements in a manner consistent with the city's master plan and the economic capacity of the community.

2.

Provide a means whereby property which is not suitable for development because of inadequate water or sewer utilities may be made suitable for development.

3.

Establish the terms and conditions under which water and sewer main extensions shall be approved.
