Independent living unit. A residential dwelling, occupied or intended to be occupied by elderly persons not requiring assistance with activities of daily living in a multi-unit or condominium setting, and including a kitchen in each living unit.

2.

Information brochure. A written statement setting forth the organizational structure of a home owners association, and the rights and obligations of the developers, home owners associations, lot owners and the city.
