    Warehouse. A building or group of buildings used for the storage of goods and wares of a single tenant or, if occupied by more than one tenant, where all the individuals stalls or lockers contain more than one thousand square feet.

    2.

    Warehouse, wholesale. A building in which goods, merchandise, or equipment are stored for eventual distribution, but not including a storage yard.
