This title shall be known as, and shall be entitled the Development Code of American
Fork City, Utah, and may be so cited and pleaded. The Development Code of American
Fork City, together with the Zoning Map, adopted as a part thereof, as may be amended
from time to time, shall constitute the Land Use Ordinances of the city of American
Fork, as referred to and authorized pursuant to the provisions of Section 10-9a-501
Utah Code Annotated, 1953 as amended.
