Description and Intent. The American Fork Station Area (TOD Zone) is intended to develop higher density uses immediately around the American Fork FrontRunner Station while transitioning to match lower density residential development. This permits a range of Building Types and mixed uses served by one or more modes of transit and focused on residential and commercial uses.
