§ 17.8.412. Street trees.

Street trees shall be installed in the planter strip portion of public streets within and adjacent to the subdivisions plat. The type of tree shall be in accordance with the terms of that certain document entitled street tree standards as adopted by the city council. The size of tree, the frequency of placement, the time of installation and other particulars regarding installation of street trees shall be as established at the time of final approval of the subdivision plat.
