§ 2.04.010. Regular meetings.

The city council shall hold regular meetings, insofar as practicable, pursuant to state law. The regular hour of the meeting shall be set by resolution. All meetings of the city council shall be held in compliance with the provisions of Utah Code Annotated Title 52, Chapter 4, as amended, relating to open and public meetings.
