§ 2.08.110. Term of office for elected officers—Removal conditions.

Except as otherwise provided in this code, by ordinance, resolution, or by Utah Code Ann. § 10-3-916, all appointed officers shall continue in office until removed by the mayor, with the advice and consent of the city council.
