§ 2.12.010. Authority as chief executive officer.

The mayor shall be the chief executive of the city. The mayor shall exercise and discharge all of the rights, powers, privileges and authority conferred by law upon the mayor and shall perform all duties required by law, and shall perform such other acts and take such measures as set forth herein and in the Utah Code Annotated and as may be necessary for the efficient government of the city.
