§ 2.22.010. Appointment of city administrator.

The mayor, with the advice and consent of the city council, shall appoint a city administrator, who shall qualify by taking and subscribing the constitutional oath and filing with the city recorder a bond, as fixed by the city council by resolution. Once approved by the city council, the mayor shall sign the contract entered into with the city administrator on behalf of the city.
