§ 5.08.170. Schedule of fees.

  • The applications for licenses shall be accompanied by an application fee and a retail license fee, which fees shall be deposited in the city treasury if the license is granted. If the application is denied, the retail license fee only shall be returned to the applicant. These fees shall be in addition to any other fee or charge imposed by American Fork City or the state of Utah.

    A.

    Each application for an alcoholic beverage license provided for by this chapter shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee, as determined by the city council and set by resolution, and the appropriate retail license fee pursuant to the licensing fee schedule determined by the city council and set by resolution. These fees shall be in the form of a cashier's check.

    B.

    For Class A retail license, reference the licensing fee schedule determined by the city council and set by resolution.

    C.

    For a Class B retail license, reference the licensing fee schedule determined by the city council and set by resolution.

    D.

    For a Class C retail license, reference the licensing fee schedule determined by the city council and set by resolution.

    E.

    For a seasonal license, reference the licensing fee schedule determined by the city council and set by resolution.

    F.

    For alcoholic beverage business license, reference the licensing fee schedule determined by the city council and set by resolution.
