§ 5.12.030. License—Fees.

A.

The fee payable for such license for each calendar year, or any part thereof, shall be in accordance with the licensing fee schedule determined by the city council and set by resolution.

B.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, no one owner of amusement devices or exhibitor or proprietor of an arcade shall be required to a pay a license fee in excess of the amount set by the city council by resolution for devices at one business location.
