§ 6.04.170. Running at large and trespassing prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person being the owner or having the charge of any horse, cow or other animal, except dogs and cats, to stake the same out or knowingly or intentionally turn the same loose upon the streets, alleys or public grounds of the city. It is unlawful for any person to permit or allow any such animal or fowl to trespass on the property of another within the city.
