§ 6.04.270. Investigation—Right of entry.

The animal regulation officer, public health officer and any peace officer may enter upon privately owned land to investigate reports of vicious animals, rabies, or other contagious animal diseases, and to investigate violations of and enforce the provisions of this chapter.
