§ 6.12.005. Purpose of chapter.

The purpose of this chapter is to:
1.

Authorize bee keeping for the production of honey by the beekeeper and to facilitate the pollination of fruit trees and garden plant within residential portions of the city; and

2.

Establish certain requirements intended avoid problems that may otherwise be associated with beekeeping in populated areas.
