§ 8.16.010. Violation.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to be in conflict with or in violation of any of the provisions of the International Fire Code or NFPA Standards (collectively referred to as "fire code") adopted by the city as of the effective date of this ordinance and as such codes may be amended in the future.
