§ 9.12.010. Parks closed during certain hours—Use restrictions.

A.

All city parks within the city limits shall be closed each day between the hours of eleven p.m. and five a.m. No person or persons shall be permitted in any portion of the city parks during such hours except for the express purpose of traveling directly through the city park on a public street or sidewalk passing through the same.

B.

Violation of this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
