§ 6.04.280. Right of entry in fresh pursuit.

  • In the enforcement of any provision of this chapter, any animal regulation officer or authorized agent or deputy may enter the premises of any person to take possession of registered or unregistered, fierce, dangerous or vicious animals when in fresh pursuit of such animal at the time the animal goes onto private property.
